An honest look at ManyChat, SendDM, Zorcha, and Liffio: pricing models, what Instagram features you actually get, and who each tool fits.

ManyChat is the name everyone knows. It works across Facebook Messenger, Instagram, and more. That breadth is useful if you run ads to a Messenger bot. It is heavier than necessary if Instagram comments and DMs are ninety percent of your workflow.
The complaints we hear most often are not about missing features. They are about contact-based pricing on automations, flow builders that take an afternoon to learn, and Instagram-only creators paying for channels they never open.
